Alexa Collis
Alexa Collis advises individuals and families based in the UK and overseas on a broad range of cross-border estate planning matters, wealth structuring and personal taxation.
Alexa has a particular focus on clients in the entertainment and creative industries alongside entrepreneurs and business owners. She combines her private client specialism with a deep understanding of the charity and philanthropy sector.

Hannah Wailoo
Hannah is a partner in the private client and tax team and co-head of the Middle East group.
Hannah is a specialist succession and personal tax planning lawyer whose clients include domestic and international individuals, families, trustees and family offices.
Hannah provides tax efficient and estate planning solutions, with a particular focus on international families with a presence in the UK, or who are investing into or relocating to the UK. Hannah's clients benefit from her holistic approach to estate and tax planning, and she operates as an embedded trusted advisor alongside her clients' other professional advisors and family offices to provide tailored legal and tax structuring solutions.
Catherine Grum
Catherine is an independent consultant who advises enterprising families around family office design, family governance and succession. She believes that when families understand their values and the purpose of their wealth, they can build on much stronger foundations. By aligning their structures and activities with this, she helps create sustainable long-term solutions.
Recent work has included advising on the governance and succession arrangements for a founder-led family office, chairing a family shareholder committee, devising a training program for family business shareholders and leading a strategy refresh for an international family office.
Recognized as a thought-leader in the private wealth industry, Catherine has over 20 years of experience and has held senior roles at A&O, Barclays, Salamanca Group, BDO and KPMG. She has an MA from Oxford, and STEP qualifications in trusts and family business.
Callum McCutcheon
Callum is a Director at PwC Channel Islands, where he leads their Data Assurance practice. He supports clients in the asset management and private wealth sectors, helping them make the most of their technology and data.
Callum has worked across PwC's London and Channel Island offices over the last 10 years and advised clients on large scale technology transformation, managing technology change and ensuring regulatory compliance. Recently, he has been guiding clients on the adoption and governance of emerging technologies, including AI, highlighting both the risks and the opportunities they present to drive growth and create lasting change.
Callum is an ICAEW Chartered Accountant and holds an MA in Natural Sciences from the University of Cambridge.
