Clem Hutton-Mills

Clem is a private wealth advisor in asset and wealth management in the UK. He joined Goldman Sachs in 2021 as a Managing Director.
Prior to joining the firm, Clem spent twelve years at Rothschild & Co Wealth Management, where he was a managing director advising several family offices, private clients, trusts and charities on wealth management strategies. He was also a member of the firm's global diversity and inclusion committee. Clem began his career working at J.P. Morgan Asset Management and UBS Wealth Management.
Clem serves on the boards and investment committees of various nonprofits, including St Paul’s Cathedral, where he is a Canon.
Clem earned a BA and MA in Modern Languages from Oxford University in 2005.

Hannah Kalveks

Hannah advises on a broad range of private client issues including tax, particularly tax issues affecting international clients, HMRC enquiries, asset structuring and associated governance issues, estate and succession planning, wills and trusts. Her clients include high-net-worth individuals and families, entrepreneurs, family offices and trustees based both in the UK and elsewhere.

Hannah advises non-UK domiciled clients on their pre-arrival tax planning, remittance issues and trust structures, as well as advising UK clients on their tax and estate planning. She assists clients in relation to HMRC disclosures and enquires covering a variety of different and often complex personal tax issues. 

Hannah also advises trustees on UK tax and trust law issues, including governance issues relating to complex family asset-holding and succession structures.

The majority of Hannah’s work has an international element, including advising internationally mobile clients in particular based in (or with interests in) the US, Europe and Asia.

Neil Hoolahan

Neil is a Director in Grant Thornton's Channel Islands tax team and specialises in offshore trust and company tax advisory and compliance services. 

At present, Neil is advising clients on the implications of the proposed changes to the taxation of non-domiciliaries and what impact these changes will have on trust structures in the Channel Islands. Neil also leads Grant Thornton's tax information exchange service line and has a deep understanding of the US FATCA and OECD Common Reporting Standards.

Neil has been listed as one of the Citywealth's Top 100 Global Tax Professionals of 2023 and was named Citywealth's Future Leaders Accountant of the Year in 2018.

Sehjal Gupta

Sehjal Gupta is a Director within the Private Client team at Menzies. Her clients generally have an international angle and consist of non-UK domiciled, high net worth and ultra-high net worth individuals. She leads the tax compliance work, but her focus is on tax advisory and planning matters for clients who are leaving the UK, coming to the UK, require succession planning and/or an inheritance tax review. She heads the India Desk and has clients from all parts of the world. In addition, Sehjal is the lead on the Divorce and Separation services at Menzies and this work can include being a Single Joint Expert, Capital Gains Tax reports/analysis and Forensic work on Form Es.

Sehjal takes great pride in building strong relationships with her clients and intermediaries to ensure a good working relationship where she can become the trusted advisor and add value to client needs and requirements.
