Save the date for the Guernsey Funds Forum 2025.

Guernsey Funds Forum 2025: Venture to the Future promises to offer specialist expertise on the latest trends within the investment and funds sector, exploring key developments within the global venture capital market – including the rise of VC-backed tech-led enterprise. The event will see a range of world-class panel and keynote speakers, plus plenty of opportunities to grow your network.

The event will feature two panel sessions, the first focusing on how technology is driving venture capital returns, and the role Guernsey plays as a hub for global innovation.

The second panel will discuss Guernsey’s edge for launching and domiciling fund structures, set against the backdrop of the global regulatory environment. Speakers will expand on some specific use cases for Guernsey’s range of fund offerings, including PCCs and secondaries.

Both panel sessions will be moderated by Nick Watt, Political Editor of Newsnight, who has more than 30 years’ experience reporting on UK and EU politics.

Delivering the opening keynote will be Steven Hillion, Head of Data at Astronomer, and our closing keynote speaker is established author and presenter Professor Hannah Fry.

Two funds seminar sessions will also be held on the morning of the event, hosted by our headline sponsors Carey Olsen and Ogier.  The sessions will deliver in-depth information about Guernsey's specific offering and expertise, from the various structures and vehicles available, to the regulatory environment and global market access routes. The seminar room will then be available as a work hub for attendees.

Representing an internationally recognised centre for fund domiciliation and investment management, Guernsey practitioners are perfectly placed to host these discussions.

If you have any queries on this event, please contact Leanne Cuttill or Fiona Murray.
