The session is titled ‘Guernsey re/insurance vehicles in action – real life examples’ and features Richard Paris-Smith, Client Service Leader at Strategic Risk Solutions and Jody Bisson, Director at WTW Management Guernsey. It will explore how insurance vehicles in Guernsey are helping brokers, MGAs and their clients to optimise their insurance offering and capacity by accessing specialised solutions. 

The pair will illustrate the rationale behind setting up entities such as captive companies or PCC cells in Guernsey, explain the range of options available and run through the practical considerations that come with these vehicles.
