Ben is an insurance specialist for rail network risks, the oil and gas industry and is a skilled business developer.

He is an Associate of Chartered Insurance Institute and a Past President of the Bristol Chartered Institute.

Richard Paris-Smith

Richard Paris-Smith joined SRS Management on 1 January 2022, where he has been responsible for a portfolio of existing clients while working with the SRS team to support the Company’s growth strategy in Guernsey and Europe.

Richard has more than 30 years’ experience in the insurance industry. He spent 24 years in the
London broking market, working for much of that time with a team focused on creating innovative
reinsurance solutions. He moved to Guernsey in 2004 where he has gained significant experience in
managing and advising captive and other specialized insurance and reinsurance vehicles.

James Stewart
