It will explore how establishing a (re)insurance vehicle in Guernsey can assist with optimising insurance offerings and increasing capacity by accessing specialised (re)insurance solutions.
The pair will explain the regulatory and solvency environment in Guernsey, outline the variety of options available for brokers and their clients, and explain the rationale for setting up an insurance or reinsurance entity in Guernsey.
