A listing facility and screen-based trading is provided for local and international trading companies, investment companies - both open and closed-ended funds - specialist debt securities and Channel Islands depository receipts. These include specialist securities, including, Eurobonds, Structured Debt, Warrants and SPVs; and investment funds.

Securities listed embrace every type of legal structure including protected cell companies (PCCs) and limited partnerships and a wide variety of investment vehicles - feeder funds, funds of funds, annuity shares, hedge funds, property funds, structured products, special purpose vehicles etc.

Applicants for listing can apply for a primary or secondary listing. Uniquely, the CISX Market Authority meets daily to consider listing applications. It is highly approachable and welcomes meetings with issuers and their professional advisers. It is receptive to innovative product structures and exercises flexibility in a range of areas including choice of paying agents.

The members who sponsor listing applications include banks, fund managers, fund administrators, law firms and trust companies.

The CISX, which now also has an office in Jersey, attracts international recognition. It is:
